I am looking for the Commodore PET BASIC source for "Miser's Castle".

It may simply be known as "CASTLE".

When i was in the sixth grade, I looked at the source code and knew instantly it was coded as a complete modification of game code and hard code for Mary Jean Lansing / Mary Jean Winters' "Miser's House".

Only changes were map data, nouns and verbs list, and reaction code, the way all the data fit together was identical.

CURSOR Magazine may have published it on tape.
