Runoff by William Soleau?
Runoff by William Soleau?
I found it! "Main Break", also by Soleau! Wow, did I have to dig for it.
Edit: Are we allowed to guess twice in a row?
Edit #2: Looks like there's no rule against it.
and fyi my guess for Wallpipe was also by Soleau 😀

Okay, that counts, although to be more precise it's actually 'Up the Wall' aka 'UpWall', by --*drum roll*-- William Soleau.
Still 'Main Break' is a good enough answer, because these two games are too damn similar to tell apart, and I didn't even know about 'Main Break' when I posted the question! (I already pulled the "almost-identical looking games" thing with Graviton II earlier, so that wasn't the idea.) 🤣
Goddammit Soleau, I knew you loved you some pipes, but I had no idea just how much. I really hope they love you back.
I can only assume the pipes, the pipes were calling.
OK, anyone know this one?

leileilol got it! StixWorld by PsychoHazard Software, a shareware game for DOS from 1998. I just re-discovered this interesting little game after about 15 years. Finished it for the first time a few days ago.
FBI Fred.
I have it on my "Best of Mega Games" shareware CD-ROM. Otherwise, I'd never have recognized it. 😀 Can't remember how it plays, though.

All right, how about this?
Sorry about the recurrence of stick figures. If you can't tell, this one is sitting behind a desk. 😜

OK, I figured this one might be a bit tricky. Here's a hint: It's a public domain DOS game from 1988.
Also, here's another image:
