It is an old Windows game or shareware collection. It I think is called Games pack or Gamers Pack. I remember it had games like Crash, some game called Blake Stone, a mario Ripoff called Charlie the Clown, a weird mess of a game called T C Carwar, and there is a bunch of others. There were 4 or 5 discs.

Complete Encyclopaedia of Games (2 black labelled CD's) has both of those and a ton of other "TC" games".
Nothing but Action also has the TC games including TC Carwar but not Crash.

I wish I could find the original discs. It almost seems like the set may of been thrown together by using other shareware discs.
