Looks like that board has been partially recapped, the green caps look original but those blue Rubycons are not. For $600 they could at least finish the job. 😀
I have one of these boards which I nearly ruined when I was learning to solder.
I've occasionally searched for these boards, but they almost never come up and when they do, it's not at a serious price. I think it was a niche product when new and it's covered with so many crap caps that surely 100% of the boards have failed by now. Only the few that got recapped remain. I wouldn't mind finding an untouched example to try putting polymers on it.
It's very similar to the BE6-II really, which for whatever reason seems to be more common.
