Hello,

Due to a new job I took, I need to learn quickly about xDSL and GPON technology (FTTx ,DSLAM, BBRAS, RADIUS, OLT, ODF, routers and ONTs too, EWSD and S12). This is all new to me, but I'm willing to learn.
Do you have some good reading recomendations, preferably online and free?

Granted this will have some of the answers, but forget about tcpipguide-like stuff. This is hard core tech and you'll go insane over it if you don't pick your battles wisely.
