Cobra Gunship!
Cobra Gunship!
Yes, it's Cobra Gunship. A sort of remake of Armor Alley, in case that wasn't obvious.
Ok, think this one should be doable, might need one more screenshot but here goes:
Jet Fighter II For DOS?

Nope, JFII is a far better sim 😀
How about a hint: this is the plane that's being flown:
And flying planes isn't the only thing you can do.
F-117A Nighthawk Stealth Fighter?
Nope. Cockpit isn't the same, at least compared to the DOS version.
All hail the Great Capacitor Brand Finder
Also the Nighthawk isn't the only flyable aircraft...

Evasive Action?
Nope. And nope. The other two flyable aircraft are the F-14 and F-15. I have 1 telltale screenshot left and then you either know the game or you don't.
if it's not commercial again - they don't
It's commercial, I have the box and CD(!) right here. Ok, one more screenshot and then I'll give the title.
Is this from the "Wings" series by Maris Multimedia?
Nope. I think those used Flight Sim Toolkit? This has it's own engine as far as I know. It is a 'multimedia' title though, and next to the 'sim' part it has lots of info about building your own versions of these aircraft...
(also note the main menu shaped back button in the bottom right)
Strange set of screenshots. The in-game shots look from the very early 90s, but the menu screenshots look like from a Win9x game. I'm coming up empty.

Hi-Tech Aircraft from Revell? (Power Modeler series)

I don't think that's the actual title of this progam (I only know and have it under another name), but it's definitely the correct brand/series... one more go?
