Lol, I do feel like that every time I see them running through my front yard.

Put some carpet "Tag Strips" (nail boards upside down) in the yard and post "Private property no trespassing" at the perimeter. I promise ya they'll only do it once more.

Have you ever managed to stub a toe or press a heel on one of those *uckers? Its like divine retribution from the gods. That's not a bad idea, 🤣.

Relax, it was just a suggestion made in jest. The thought is nice though.

Yeah I'm just poking fun at folks. Don't actually do any of my suggestions. I can not be held accountable for someone else's actions.

I dunno which thread to post this in, as it's kinda overpriced but maybe not..

Asus Rampage III Extreme 1366 motherboard (basically the best 1366 motherboard ever.. or one of the best) + full northbridge+southbridge+vrm+mosfet motherboard water block + two GTX 580's with two full-cover water blocks + SLI water bridge between em to connect both.

Seller wants $599 for all of it, includes i7-920 CPU.

Interesting because it includes both LGA-775 & LGA-1366 compatible mount holes for water blocks and heatsinks around the socket.

I probably would have tried to get it if the decimal place was one point to the left. 🙁

But it's refurbished! A total deal... A bad deal.

So, I emailed the seller asking if this was supposed to be $29.95.. They insist that the price is correct, and that they have actually sold them at $3k..

Not in the past 60 days they haven't. Seller's a lying jerk.... I'd use other words but probably shouldn't here.

Can you really net more than $25 per CPU in gold recovery on these? The guy is asking $25/chip.

I wouldn't think so. But then again, you never know.

Not even close. People over estimate gold content, not all of which is recoverable, and everybody in the process has to make money.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/MSI-PRO266TD-MS-9105- … iUAAOSwYIxX~zuX

The seller asks nearly 500$ for this board with 2 P3-S 1.4 GHz and 3 GB DDR

The MSI Pro266TD is known to be one of the best dual socket 370 boards with tualatin support and the only one which supports both DDR and Tualatin afaik

What is your biggest Pentium 4 Collection?

Socket 478 Motherboards with PCI-E Slots
LGA 775 Motherboards with AGP Slots

A VERY nice board indeed and my favourite dual Tualatin board. I ran that board for a few years as my everyday system at 1.5 GHz and 3 GB of RAM. You can go up to 4 GB (3.X actually), but you loose stability at 1.5 GHz (stock voltage) and must drop down to 1.4 GHz. This board is stable. Don't think I ever saw a BSOD. You rarely see these on eBay anymore. I don't think I'd pay $500 though. I might pay $100 if I didn't already have one.

EDIT: I didn't realise it had DDR-400 RAM included at 3 GB. If the seller had the missing stick for 4 GB, I might even pay another $50.
