Any chance of opening it up to internet as well, I'd love to play some RA2, but going to Europe to do it seems a little out of the way 🤣
Nope. IPX/SPX is not going to work online. Plus too hard to coordinate with time zones. In case you want to play AOE2HD or join the Vogons games online group once it is setup please let me know.
Bump!

A VPN will fix that.
Way too much hassle.
If one person could setup the VPN with enough bandwidth to handle all the incoming connectivity that might be the best option. It would still be a bit of work, but it would mostly fall on one person.
From experience organizing all this, for no shows most likely, is not worth it.
Most new routers have vpn support.
All you have to do is enable it and setup a username and password.
I guess that's pretty hard.
Not going to happen.
