I never even got my Blake Stone disks replaced.

Hehehehe....that's a good one. No seriously! 😁 ( 🤣 rotfl)

Coming back to DNF, seeing how many people waited to see him again, I cannot doubt that in the near future, some opportunistic publisher might just resurrect DNF, not for the sake of resurrecting Duke Nuked...err.. I mean Duke Nukem, but to make money from so many fools like me who have been waiting for him to come back. 🤑 😉

This page of manual PDFs is definitely one of those:

http://www.3drealms.com/tech/manuals/

This thread had the discussion on those manuals:

Maybe all out of bubblegum, but not out of business... there seems to be a distinction being drawn between shuttering the company and letting the DNF team go:

Different light to what? 3DR clearly were doing their own thing and if they thought spending $20 million on popcorn then so be it. Quite why anyone thought they were due something is beyond me - it's not as though we were shareholders 😀

According to Joe Siegler (former webmaster/forum admin) 3DR are revamping their online store so you can buy all their games that aren't already freeware (Duke3D Atomic, Shadow Warrior, Terminal Velocity, and even Duke Nukem Manhattan Project) and get them via digital download all bundled with DOSBox (except the ones that don't need DOSBox, obviously). For ROTT apparently he combined the ROTT CD with the EROTT CD and all its enhancements and everything Apogee has ever done for ROTT (custom levels etc) all in the one 40+ MB download.

So there's gonna be no more physical media anymore. Also, for games that had CD audio (Shadow Warrior and the one bonus track from Duke3D Atomic) they won't be included, unfortunately.
