What are some? The oldest I can think of is Test Drive 3 (headlights) and Another World.
I'm talking DOS games in particular. There's probably some earlier arcade games that do too but I can't think of any.

I bought the rogue in 1987. I had a PCjr at this time. The Rogue's additive.
I think you mean "addictive", mininiki. "Additive blending" is a certain graphical technique, the most common use for which is lighting.
I can't think of any early examples others than the ones you mention, leileilol. A few thing that are mathematically and visually identical, but they're not really the kind of thing you're thinking of, especially in 2D where it can be precalculated more easily.
My site: Ramblings on mostly tech stuff.
Subwar 2050 (DOS) had additive 3d headlights which for 1993/1994 IS PRETTY GOD DAMN IMPRESSIVE. It impresses me more than Archimedian Dynasty, the graphics are very Playstationish 🤣.
Lookup tables are the coolest things ever! The earlier they were used, the more it fascinates me...
I was a huge fan of subwar 2050 and particle systems in general
especially I-war
