When fiddling with old hardware there are often benefits to a bit of experimentation, like extra clock speed settings that aren't mentioned in the manual.

However some don't share our curioristy or sense of adventure:

Back in 1994, I had remembered reading a newsgroup message quoting Dave Haynie:- "NEVER EVER mess with a PCB jumper you don't understand, even if it's labelled 'Sex and Free Beer'". So, I decided to implement this on the AD0200 ZorroII board (see above)... 😀

Thankfully I don't own this board because I'd be panicking over which setting is enabled/disabled 😳

I remember the old Number 9 video cards used to have song titles written on their PCB's sometimes but this is a lot more interesting imo 😀

It doesn't look like an enable/disable sort of option, but more like it chooses between the two... that would make for a rather difficult decision.
