Brie? it's a bit 'meh'.... not bad melted over the top of some crispy pancetta on croissants though - makes a very fine posh bacon sarnie 😀

I prefer a stinky blue; Roquefort is nice, but my beloved English blue Stilton is the best.

Regarding cheese, I don't have a great cheese pallet. I like my good old cheddar cheese on toast. Hmmmmmmm

Eww. I'm sorry but as much as I love my microwave, pizza is FAR better using a legacy device like an oven.

Personally I also love Pizza straight out of the fridge. Pizza is the ultimate geek / nerd food. I mean Carmack and Romero lived on Pizza AFAIK 🤣

As to which Pizza, that's a tough one. There are so many choices.

Gemini000, Dominos over have the "Simply cheese" pizza. I'm sure you would love that one! And if that's not enough, there is the "Cheese burst" crust as well 🤣
