Those elephants in the corners tempt me to say "CJ in the USA" but I don't think that's a DOS game.

Yes, CJ in the USA is the correct answer. It is a DOS game.
Nobody will guess the game...great sounds and 2D artwork! development team uses Roland hardware I presume, let's retro it
ASUS P2B-F, PII 450Mhz, 128MB-SDR, 3Dfx Diamond Monster 3D II SLI, Matrox Millennium II AGP, Diamond Monster Sound MX300
Damn. My bad. Sorry guys.
Nobody will guess the game
Don't be so sure. That picture has pretty distinct clues.
Doman?

1- I believe it was smeezekitty's turn? Unless his time to post a game has expired by now
2- I have to change my username. It is Doman.
It was my turn before and I am pretty sure I got the last one right.
Hint: It wasn't a very good game
Treasure Quest?
(yes, it was definetly Doman)

Well I didn't really expect anyone to get that. I have a CD copy of that abomination. Basically they made it impossibly hard and claimed they would award the first person to solve it $1000000.
Ducktales
edit: The Quest for Gold obviously since there are no other PC ducktales games.

yeap!
Inner Worlds. OK game, nice and moody music.
Ooohh, the pain......
Yep, that's it! Recently re-discovered this game. The music is really awesome.

One of my favorites as well 😀
Alright then, let's see if anyone can guess this one:
Ooohh, the pain......
Robots
Nope
Ooohh, the pain......
Some strong hints (I hope ^^):
- Softdisk Publishing game, came out in one of their On-Disk monthly floppies late 1992
- Game engine is very similar to Catacomb 3-D and Commander Keen 4-6 (no setup menu though)
- Small in size, around 75KB
- Simple gameplay, background never changes, has no ending 😮
- Not available as freeware/shareware, never released by any warez group/abandonware site (that I know of)
Here's another game screen:
Ooohh, the pain......
Seems to be Morphose from ODM 73. Now it's clear to me why the left side of the screenshot is clipped. 😉
Yup, it's Morphose:
A fun little time waster, too bad only this site mentions it by name (look in Misc. software). MobyGames, GameFAQs, Giant Bomb, etc, don't seem to know it even exists. And yes, sorry about clipping part of the screens - as you can see, it was necessary ^^.
Well done ripsaw8080. Your turn 😀
Ooohh, the pain......
