I guess the Humongous games are good for kids.

Ori and the Blind Forest has captivated my 3.5 year old. The animation is Disney quality, the music is amazing and she can relate to the characters. She gets a little scared of the Owl though. Mostly she just enjoys collecting the oranges! 🤣

There are some basic games where it's impossible to fail/die, such as Dora the Explorer - Journey to the Purple Planet and Dora the Explorer - Dora Saves the Mermaids.
The Incredible Machine series is nice too.

4 becomes 5 and then 6 so fast... have Katamari Damacy handy. The first one by that title. The sequels lack important bits of the original's charm.

Super Mario Brothers/Duck hunt and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 of course! (speaking form 1st hand xp) Doom scared the poop out of me at 4 years old 😀

One I've been interested in acquiring, lately is Glowfish for PC. I think a 4 y.o. could probably rock it... might be a tad difficult if they are not so coordinated.

I have an old game I bought called Number munchers. Its an educational game though.

Well, he did have fun playing Donkey Konga although he wasn't very successful 😁 On the other hand, he did quite alright playing this Skoda WRC racing game on the PS3 as long as I was pushing the pedals 😀
