I have a insulated storage room (no A/C, one window) I would like to to store excess systems and diskettes. Basically it would be like any room in a house without climate control. It does get up near 38°C during summer months. Everything is sealed in boxes/bags. Anyone find this to be an issue with long-term viability? Thanks.

I'm not qualified to give a proper recommendation, but I can tell you this :
My dads oldest floppies were stored in cardboard boxes+paper (incl. diskette boxes) since the late 80s and they are still readable.
Among these is a copy of the original Leisure Suit Larry and it is still readable.
None of the other diskettes show any kind of symptoms of aging. Last time we checked, they looked fine.
We didn't do anything special to them. They were just stored in a normal room (loft) with low humidity and were pseudo hermetic sealed (duct tape).
