Do not use Win32diskimager with a USB floppy!
It has a nasty habit of overwriting C instead.
Got caught by this when trying to prep a floppy for an old machine, and blew away my dual boot.
Winimage (shareware) seems to be ok, not sure if others (preferably freeware) can do it...
