Hello everyone,

Just did a little experiment with my Lindy Game Card.

Long story short, I finally built a circuit I wanted to try out since my childhood.
It's a rather curious thing that has little practical relevance, but is still cool somehow:

Using the IBM joystick port as an output (!)

I've recorded a video for you, it can be watched at:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KE648YNe2Ag

Instead of the LED, I could also haved had attached an optocoupler.
That way, I could have triggered a flip-flop or something, hah. 😁

(I think there must be some MB106 from Eastern Germany left in my drawer.
I got a bunch of them when I made that relays card.)

And a few notes to the video also.. I tried to do everything from DESQView,
but the PC/XT hadn't had enough memory (no EMS yet, sadly). 😅
That's why everything took so long (see description for a link to the right time index).

Anyway, I thought it would be interesting to you.

Best regards,
Jo22
