Good afternoon.

I am planning on getting replacement parts for my Toshiba Satellite Pro 410CDT:

1) Keyboard as a couple of keys require pressing hard to get it to work, plus, the AccuPoint is sticky
2) XM-1202B CD-ROM drive's laser is broken
3) Keyboard plastic holder is also broken
4) CMOS and Wake/Resume batteries are dead and won't charge
5) Mouse buttons are sticky and 1 of them fell apart on me

I found a site called Impact Computers based in Florida and honestly, I've never bought anything from there. Prices are pretty good, however, I was unable to find the mouse buttons, but I found a cover sub assembly for a Satellite 330CDT. The CD drive is new, so is the keyboard, cover sub assembly (330CDT) and RAM (going to downgrade to 24MB as some DOS games crash or won't start with more than 32MB RAM installed). The keyboard cover is refurbished, and so are the CMOS and Resume/Wake batteries.

I bought a screen for my Fujitsu Stylistic 2300 from them - I live in Germany and it was here after two weeks - very well packed and fully working.

They seem to be pretty resourceful with old parts and I would buy there again.

I placed 2 orders from them in the past and I was satisfied. The first was a power adapter and external floppy for my Sony Picturebook - both parts arrived fast and in good condition. The 2nd order was a GeForce 2 Ultra.. I actually received a GeForce 2 GTS. I contacted them and told them, so they fully refunded me and let me keep the card.

The ones with no image scares me, though, however, I am satisfied with the pricing for the components. I wish I can find Slot 1 clips for Pentium II, Celeron, and III Slot 1/Slotket 370 processors.

Bought a couple things from them before, no complaints. Seems they greatly trimmed down their sub-categories for parts though? Used to be able to drill down into parts for specific model numbers of laptops easily and browse what they had for that model.

Did the battery charge, though?

Lol, of course I tried to charge the battery (at least 4-5hrs), the same effect as with the old one. I got full money refund.
