win 98 regedit missing

Hello I'm new to Vogons,

I have a fresh install of windows 98SE but to my surprise regedit is missing and I cant find it. I've checked in c:\windows, \system and \system32 without any luck.

Any advise on where to find it or how to get it without reinstalling the OS?

Regedit.exe should be inside WIN98_46.CAB. Extract it to c:\Windows
