Very interesting concept!
They need a proper demo on their YT channel to show us what kind of sounds one can expect to make on it though. That first video doesn't showcase much...
Right? Cool looking unit. I can't justify the cost as I don't do live gigs, but it will probably be popular like the Elektron SidStation was. I mean the SidStation goes for serious cash now and basically has a cult following.
I do like on the second video at that link the guy plays the Doom theme @ 1:57. Gave me a good chuckle.
I think the only time I ever bothered trying to do anything with FM Synthesis was making covers in Scream Tracker 3, that I still haven't finished because I can't wrap my mind around producing certain sounds required.
I still do all my music work primarily on Impulse Tracker, so I don't really have much use for studio rackmount stuff. Most of my samples are on CD's or packs I buy and download from Zero-G.

Found this excellent demo. Never imagined that style of music would ever be made on the venerable opl3 😅
Oh yeah, you want demos huh, demos that push the limits of the hardware so hard that they bend, well then...

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
Don't make me get out my VL-Tone
Dangit, you guys are making me want to do some sequencing in Voyetra or Cakewalk when I get home. Break out the ol' Fender Mustang Pro into a SoundBlaster and create some madness.
