Hi there! Just stumbled over this.

https://seri.tools/blog/announcing-rust9x/

Rust9x works on Windows 95 and Windows NT 3.51.

I saw some people in the comments on a German news site jokingly wondering if there will be a Win32s port eventually.

Personally, I hope so. But Windows 3.1+Win32s are quite limiting, so it's more a challenge of supporting than Win 9x.

Anyway, back to Rust9x. It seems promising. Also like the humor.

Edit: Just noticed it needs Win 95B at minimum. NT 3.1 and 3.50 aren't supported yet.

So we've got Rust and Mingw-w64 (Don't use Posix!, also requires recompile for less than i686 support and you will need the newer msvcrt for 3.51,9x,NT4 and 2000) for modern compilers so no excuses now.
