I can only tell you that the game was produced by Bethesda Softworks, which is still around. They made all the PC Terminator games in the 90s (and some for consoles too). Probably what kept 'em in business until they were able to break out with the cult classic The Elder Scrolls series (Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, etc.)
