Need to install Mixed Reality on a Win11 21h2 machine in an offline environment. I do it like this:

But the last step - check for updates returns nothing (it says not connected) and the Feature Pack still seems not installed. Tried downloading just a WMR Portal app from Store, but it just closes right after launching. What am I doing wrong?
