Secrets of Cintra is a cRPG running on the MMORPG game engine - Ultima Online. Ultima was created in 1997 by Origin Systems. Since then, numerous emulators have been developed, enabling gameplay and code editing on newer versions of the system. From Windows 7 to Windows 11, this includes ServUO, which we currently use.

The server is paid for by the Staff and by voluntary donors. The plot and script managers do not receive any financial benefits, and the game is completely free and legal. Interesting fact: The server is on a dedicated server with unlimited transfer and SSD - saving the state of the world usually takes 0.1-0.2 seconds.

The world presented

We rely on events and information from The Witcher Saga and The Witcher Stories Cycle. Secrets of Cintra is an alternative to other games, it does not contain elements known from CD Project projects. It is also not related to other books, comics, etc.

The game takes place in the fief of Cintra created by us - Srebrogórze, divided into provinces, most of which are subject to Nilfgaard. Only Grzywa still defends its autonomy. Unfortunately, the Goldenfalls are advancing with full force, leaving the loyalists with no respite. Saldfen - a law-abiding province that focuses on development and science, does not take part in the civil war. Located south of the endangered zone, it accepts refugees. And it blooms.

Saldfen is the starting location for players. The city is characterized by strict law, favors merchants, and gives shelter to those fleeing from war. Former loyalists are hiding here, Nilfgaardian dignitaries work here. The player can play the role of a local burgher, an immigrant, perform any profession based on skills such as a craftsman, merchant or feature profession - city guard, clerk.
