As the title states, as soon as I extract the Control Panel into a folder it just... disappears. What the F is happening?

My first guess is a virus scanner which thinks this is a virus/trojan/... and deletes the file after extraction.

Microsoft Defender shouldn't be a problem with dgVoodoo versions 2.6x+ because I submit new releases to MS for human analysis to remove detection.
Any other AV software can be though...
