Freeware version can be downloaded from crew42.dk. Problematic game, but DxWnd handles it well natively with correct settings.

Now onto observations with dgVoodoo. It can't handle alt-tab and hangs if you try to force windowed mode. Fullscreen mode is OKish with dgVoodoo, but it seems unable to confine mouse to the screen with the game, at least if you force resolution, I haven't tried without forcing it yet.
