Not able to take recording or screenshots from the black screen nor menu.

Menu is light blue after Alt+Tab, and the text is somehow visible when I hover over it.
Character select screen does show the head, and the scooter. But that's about it. Not able to get in-game.

Attempted all cards and fiddled around with the options, both in 16 and 32 bit color depth.

DX passtru would likely work if there was an option to invert or adjust the palette, since it does work w. Win10 ddraw.dll apart from the colors.

Game is from 2001, DX7 as far as I can tell. GF4 Ti 4800 seems to be nearest, and maybe Matrox.

Vendor is Valusoft.
Title is sometimes referred to as "X Scooter", sometimes as "X-Scooter".

Not sure which info site I can refer without violating rules.
