Can you recommend a program for Windows 98 to capture changes in the registry, e.g. during game installation, which then allows you to export these changes to a *.REG file? I remember that 25 years ago I used such a program, but I can't remember its name today.

Back in the mid 90's I used Quarterdeck CleanSweep which became Norton Cleansweep and included in Norton Systemworks later on.
Can't remember if it exported changes to a reg file
