Which playable Sierra Demos are worth a look?

So, I was recently looking at this page of Sierra's playable demos for their games:

And there is a lot of stuff to be seen here.

I already downloaded the Gabriel Knight and Freddy Pharkas demos, and there's a surpising amount of content to these.

If anyone else has a better knowledge of the content of these demos (in particular, the MS DOS ones), which demos have the most worth to download, and which ones should I not even bother with?

I apologize if this is in the wrong place on the forums by the way. I tried to use my best judgement.

I'm having flashbacks now to the Sierra demo disk that I used to see running at several computer stores. It wasn't really playable, but showed in-game graphics, some animations, and a description of each of their adventure games at the time. I actually have an original on 5.25" disk around here somewhere. Now I want to go dig it up. 😀
