I remember on one of our old computers we had a Creative sound card but it came also with software that worked like Winamp but it was Creative iirc it was yellow and black and came with music demos for the nomad player and some other things.

It should be on some of the install CD ISOs and you can still download it directly from Creative Labs. Look under the downloads for the Sound Blaster Live! cards.
