Where are you seeing that it can be hooked up to ISA slots? I'm not seeing anything in the diagrams that indicates that. It does list xISA in the specs.

The Vortex86 does support ISA, but the board you are linking to doesn't look like there is a way to hook it up.

There are SBCs that use Vortex86. You can get up to 800Mhz from what I am seeing.

Here is a PC104 board that you could hook up ISA slots to... though no PCI so you would be severely limited as far as video card speed goes though the onboard vga is almost for sure PCI.
