When I try to install the theme pack included on the Dungeon Keeper Gold CD under Windows 98, the installer fails to detect the Windows 95 Plus! features and doesn't copy all of the desktop theme files. Does anyone know how to get this working under Windows 98? Do I have to install the Windows 98 Plus! pack?

Can you provide more details? Which files are you expecting the installer to copy?

As that did not do anything to theme support, I doubt it would make any difference.
Do the normal Windows 98 desktop themes work correctly?
I figured out how to get it to work. I had to open the Desktop Themes application and apply a desktop theme for the installer to detect it and copy all of the files.
ah the nostalgia! theme packs for windows...!
