PC GAME.... what exactly are the system specs for this game?

Some disks that have "AMD K6 3D +A3D", "3DFX VooDoo2" or "ATI AGP+4mb" printed on them show a minimum of Pentium 166mhz while other disks without said hardward show a minimum Pentium 233mhz, are these OEM vs Retail Disks?

Yes (it came with my Voodoo 2). It's one of those games that has many vendor-specific 3D versions. I don't know what APIs the retail version supports though.

Ok, apparenly jewel-case and OEM releases had system requirements printed, while retail box didn't:

I don't know what APIs the retail version supports though.

Incoming had only Direct3D. Some releases may have different setting tailored to specific card. Not sure if K6 release is just a patched game or unique OEM version.

I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

You're right, I was completely wrong about the API thing.
