Found this little utility while searching for factory drivers for a video card. It's a free utility MSI bundled with graphics cards. Doesn't have anything to do with video cards though. It can free up memory in windows 98. I haven't tested it in 95 but I assume it works there too. Could be useful to systems with very low ram. Just putting it out here for anyone that it might help.
