I'm looking to download the free version of Sisoft Sandra 2002 or 2003 but I'm not having any luck.
Are there any mirrors for these old versions?

What I usually do is to use archive.org and go to the manufacturer's website at the time where the version I'm looking for was released. And even if the download links are broken because the file hasn't been archived, it will often reveal the filename of the download which you can then google.

There are still many download locations for the file when you google it.
