Hi, I'm running XT-IDE, but disk access is quite a bit slower than optimal, as my BIOS does not have an option for shadowing option ROMs.
Do you know of any third party tools that could do this for me, or does it have to be a BIOS feature ?

I read somewhere there was a tool for shadowing the BIOS itself, for systems lacking that, so I'd think it would be possible.
