I have this:

I can't connect it to any working device right now, and visually I can't tell which one it is. Pictures are misleading on the internet and were used interchangeably.
The only difference apparently is Fatal1ty has 64 MB ram, while XtremeMusic only 2, but that's it.

As per this post, you can tell from the positioning of the RAM chip that this should be a 64MB/Fatal1ty model.

It's Fatal1ty.

XtremeMusic looks like this:

Notice the unpopulated led thingy on top right corner, only Fatal1ty cards have that.

True for newly bought models, but I've seen sellers that moved theirs to a cheaper card to up the resale value. Not often, but it happened.
