I read that there's a way to add SPDIF to AWE64 Value (CT4520). Can you point me to any instructions on how to do it? Thank you.

It's already there, JP3. Just solder in a 2-pin header.
I see JP3, but can't tell to where exactly to solder the connector. Can you circle it for me on this picture? Is it the two points to the left of the JP3 label?
