Hi,

Recently I acquired this monster but the current Win95 drivers that I found on the web didn't work on a Win98SE. I have searched the vogondrivers but nothing concerning this board also. The DOS drivers are equally crap, so I noticed that the board had a OPTi929 + Crystal 4231 combination and a good Yamaha OPL3 and installed the Turtle Beach Monte Carlo drivers and they work flawlessly!
Anyone knows where I could find the Win98SE drivers for this board ? Or I will need to swap to a Win95 instead ?

I'm new on this forum but have learned a lot from all the content available here. Thanks!

Perhaps try the VXD drivers for Win95?

Also, check this thread.

Thanks! I used this 4.0.36 from TB Monte Carlo and they work perfect on Win95, no stutters sounds or anything. I give up to put it in the Win98.
Yes, the original Boca drivers are revamped Win3.1 drivers (as mentioned on the appointed post) and they install a device in the system.ini. It stutters like crazy...
Other thing, I need to load the IDE DOS drivers at Win95 config and autoexec files. Only way I found to make the CD-ROM work on Win95.

On the link bellow I test the card on my "industrial" PC a 233MMX with a Rocky-518HV board (sorry, but ignore me speaking because all comments are in portuguese).
