Unlike the Dell one, this was made in 1999. Its EMU10K1-SEF instead of a EMU10K1-SFF. It has a sticker on the back that is in Asian writing and its DP/N 0009455U and not 0181UR. Is it just a regular value? According to the creative site, there was a Dell OEM and Non OEM.

For the Asian territories perhaps? But if the chip is different are the features different, is it as cut up as a 2000 0181UR one? What mostly confuses me is that their is a Non-OEM one listed on the Creative website. And that listing is strange to know that its a dell one. They could just be saying that cause the dell version was more popular so to the normal person they would instantly just assume so from a google search.
