You can also search for TB400 and just look at the pictures as the older dell cards had the AU8820 chip (Vortex 1), while the newer ones had the AU8830 (Vortex 2).

They probably are mainly from the USA. I know shipping from the US is going to be around $24 as that is the cheapest way to ship internationally with USPS.
