I had that exact HP CD-RW drive in my Pentium II PC back in the day. It was actually my first CD-RW IIRC, either 4x or 8x.

Sorry, if this was answered before but does this fit on an Audician 32? That looks like it's a 5,5cm - 6cm board so it would barely fit. Just asking for confirmation if anyone can test.

After trying a number of soundfonts (listed here: Re: WP32 McCake : MT32 compatible waveblaster board) I personally find the deemster SC-55 soundfont most enjoyable, although I never had a SC-55 or SC-88 so I can't really compare, but it seems the most "whole". What do you think dreamblaster?

Also i found out that the MT32-Pi https://github.com/gmcn42/mt32-pi-control#dos … pecific-options can take DOS and 4DOS variables as input.
For example one can use it to display status info on boot.
MT32-PI.EXE -T"Booting: %_DOS %_DOSVER" Or maybe it was -T"Booting: "%_DOS %_DOSVER
I am not in frond of mye Retro computer when writing this.
