Looking at wavetable.nl, I see several large Wave Blaster daughterboards, like the original CT1900, the Roland Sound Canvas SCB-55, and the Turtle Beach Rio. These cards have four holes in the corners for standoffs to secure them to the sound card, although it looks like most Sound Blaster 16 cards did not have the mounting hole for the post closest to the connector. Are these cards the largest possible within the Wave Blaster "specification", if there even is one?

When using standoffs, the hole closest to the waveblaster connector is not used in most cases (the Turtle Beach Rio is an exception; it comes with four standoffs which are not in my photos on https://waveblaster.nl). I once measured the Roland SCB-55, which is 138.4 x 89.9 mm. This is one of the biggest wavetable boards. The other ones you mentioned are close to that and so are the Yamaha DB50XG, the Yamaha DB60XG and the NEC XR385. And the Roland SCB-7.

Full size card is the DB50/60XG, SCB55 and likenesses.

These are the measurements I have been using and which seem to match some of the others : Re: FMonster, the monster of sound synth
