Hello, I've got this card, but it seems quite obscure, it is pci and there are some jumpers on the card, I tried to find an online manual but without success.
It also seems to have a sblink connector but it has all the 6 pins populated.

Any help, please?

Probably based around the Forté Media FM801-AU chip. The twin jumpers are for selecting between line level or amplified output.

Thank you for the tip!
It has some other jumpers too:

The 6 pins near the jumpers are a sblink port in your opinion?

I found the manual as a DOC file included in the zipped drivers for the card. I converted it to PDF.

That 6 pin header block is labeled as PC_PCI, but it doesn't say what the jumper above it does. It's likely an enable/disable.

The manual does list the speaker/line-out settings, as well as the pinout for the audio input headers.
