Is there any (preferably open source) project or device for a simple playing of MIDI files to MT-32, SC or similat MIDI synth? I would like to listen retro MIDI music, but not always want to use the PC with MIDI output. It would be great to have a small device with SD card or USB host to play MIDI files to MIDI synth.
