Arrived in working condition but without DRAM and SRAM chips.
Since i dont have any NEC PD42S18160LE-60 (1Mx16 FPM DRAM) or other FPM DRAM modules officialy recommended.
So I install LBS GM71C18163BJ6 (1Mx16 EDO DRAM) module, dissoldered it from 8Mb 4 chip SIMM … and IT WORKS GREAT!

Interesting, if Windows driver load 2Mb wavetable bank to soundcard card DRAM will it work as loadable wavetable after quit Windows to DOS? Try to check it later. Winmodem, Winprinter… Winwavetable for DOS?! Why not)))

Still waiting for ISSI IS61C256AH-15J (32kx8 SRAM) modules from eBay.
