It's simply not there, not even as an unknown device. There's a capacitor that looks like it might've leaked but it isn't bulged or anything and everything around it looks fine, so I doubt it really leaked. Even if so, I don't see why it'd prevent it from being even discovered. I've attached pictures of the card. I also can't find drivers for it, if it's possible to get it working. All links seem to lead to a dead end. Yes I am using a bootleg voltage blaster from ebay. I only have 4 days left to return it if broken so I don't have time to wait for new components to arrive.

That capacitor is simply dirty. Leakage comes from bottom, and if there is anything on top, there's a rip in the top too where it can come out of.

This is not a plug-and-play card, meaning it cannot be automatically detected. You have to manually add the device in windows, using settings in the control panel the jumpers on card are set to.
