Hello Vogons

I have this Diamond Voodoo 2 that has picture issues, the card was bought with bend legs on the CK chip, which I have had repaired.

Card runs "fine" but with the obvious picture issues. Which I would like to repair.

Have you seen this issue before and what may cause it?
For me it looks like bad memory, but I am not sure how to go about testing for that, also the solder job have been thoroughly checked so no short circuits or lose connections on the CK chip.
