What is the best App to use in Win98SE to get a good idea on how your card is performing?

Especially in general frame rate performance vs what is expected.

The current programs I am using are giving me a results that are meaningless because there is nothing to compare it to.

My card is currently a GeForce2 Ultra.

Thanks!

3DMark2001SE's a staple. It'll skip the nature, EMBM and pixel shader tests on your card but it'll provide enough results to compare on the result browser.

Downloaded and Benchmarked.... I think something is wrong....

P3 Tualatin w/ 512 MB RAM
GeForce2 Ultra 64 MB

>>Score of 3268<<

High Res frame rates are disappointing.

Any ideas?

Drivers?

Something I noticed in looking at the specs within Win98:

$ffffffffff NVIDIA specific display adapter information
$ffffffffff ----------------------------------------------------------------
$0100000000 Graphics core : NV15 revision A4
$0100000001 Hardwired ID : 0152
$0100000002 Memory bus : 128-bit
$0100000003 Memory type : DDR (RAM configuration 0a)
$0100000004 Memory amount : 65536KB
>>>>>$0100000005 Core clock : 100.000MHz<<<<<
>>>>>$0100000006 Memory clock : 229.088MHz (458.176MHz effective)<<<<<
$0100000007 Reference clock : 14.318MHz
$0100000008 Maximum Fvco : 500.000MHz

Core clock for a GeForce2 Ultra should be 250MHz, but core clock says 100MHz (Rivatuner shows the same 100MHz)

What is this Core PLL Fvco at 250 MHz?

Any ideas?

Figured it out.... multiple devices were on the same irq as the gpu. Fixed!
