I have this odd looking Tseng ET400AX made by Prism Imaging Systems.

When something bright is displayed on top of a bright background, it tends to get very blurry and blown out looking. Most prominent in text mode, but it can happen in graphics mode as well.
I've tried every DIP switch setting and jumper combo on the card, and none of them seem to do anything. I've also tried different monitors and same thing. It actually tends to be worse on LCD panels.
I can't find any info on this card out there. Judging by the company name, I assume they were involved in the medical industry and that this was never meant as a consumer product.

Anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps a lead on some documentation? It's not the end of the world, the card is usable for most things, it just gets pretty annoying and I've never seen a card behave this way. Considering how it looks though,
I'm thinking it's more of a hardware issues rather than a configuration issue.
